Our shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. We ship all orders via next day service.

We reserve the right to withhold shipping if we deem the weather to be of adverse conditions which will risk the health of the livestock being shipped.

All coral is shipped within a plastic container or double bagged, then placed in an insulated box and is most cases will have a 40h heat pack. If the weather is expected to be too warm the heat pack will be left out.

Parcel tracking is supplied for all our packages, customers are expected to keep an eye on the tracking on the delivery day and chase directly with the courier if the package is late, we will not accept liability for delayed parcels.

We make every effort for you to receive corals coloured as pictured and healthy but shipping can be stressful for the animal so we are unable to take any responsibility with loss of colour or health due to the shipping process.

We offer DOA guarantee to all coral. However once the coral is out of the container/bag the coral is your responsibility.

All deliveries must be signed for on the first attempt so please ensure someone is available to receive them, failure to accept the parcel on the first attempt will void the DOA policy.

We cannot except orders from outside the UK or Northern Ireland.

Shipping is only available within the UK mainland only, we can no longer ship to Northern Ireland.
