In the unfortunate event that your livestock arrives DOA, please contact us with a photo of the coral within its original packaging , where this can be clearly identified within 1 hour of signing for the package.

We cannot work outside these terms as there are too many variables that are out of our control.

The time of submission will be verified against the signing time of delivery.

DOA policy only applies to online shipped orders only and not to collections.

We cannot take responsibility for the coral once it has entered your system.

Once a DOA has been confirmed, a refund for the cost of the coral or a credit will be offered on a different coral.

Postage fees are non-refundable.

All replacements granted are subject to an additional shipping fee.

We will not take responsibility for parcels if the customer alleges it hasn't been delivered to their address when it has been signed for as delivered by the courier. In the event of this happening it is the customers responsibility to track down the the parcel and not The Coral Houses.

We cannot held responsible for incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, courier delays or changes to our couriers delivery time by the customer.

We do not offer returns on livestock.
